Flow Osteopathy Policies

Arrival

• Please arrive early and be prepared to begin treatment immediately

• Please use the washroom before your time slot (if needed)

• Please be prepared to remove your shoes and wait to be invited into the room

• Please wear flexible clothing (preferably not jeans)

• Please be clean and dry

Fees

Expected prior to or at the time of service

• Cash (exact amount preferred)

No show or Cancellation

• With less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge (not reimbursable by insurance), except in the case of severe illness or family emergency.

Late Arrivals

• Only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted. You will be charged the full fee.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, the remaining time is not sufficient to provide a proper treatment. You will be charged the full fee.

Minors

• Patients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian accompany them for the Treatment

• Patients under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present for all Treatments
